This herbal tea consist of herbs and minerals to help stimulate, unblock and open the Fourth chakra your Heart chakra, located in center of chest. The color associated with this chakra is green. It's recommended that once this tea set is started that the drinker solely focus on healing the heart chakra for 7 days. 

Directions: Boil 8 c of spring water, add 2stps to tea bag or add as loose leaf, steep for 15-20 minutes, and drink 1-2x’s a day.
